SUMMARY:Art Explorers Club!
DESCRIPTION:The Art Explorers Club is supportive of the artistic interests of individuals with developmental disabilities.  Art Explorers Club members are presented with a project which they can make or they can experiment with the materials.  This group is open to teens and adults with their support person(s). \nWe meet twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays. SUMMARY:1st & 2nd Grade Art Club!!!
DESCRIPTION:Come and meet other art enthusiasts!   We will experiment with new skills and materials and make projects that express who we are with lots of fun in the mix! \nArt Club for grades 1 & 2 or age equivalent. (Kindergarten students can join in January – see bottom of the page) We will meet Wednesdays from 3:15 – 4:15.  Epping Elemenary students will be picked up and walked down from school by CCS Staff. Non-walker information below. \nNEW * NEW * NEW  \nRegistration is for 4 classes = a session                                         \nOR \nRegister for the semester and receive a discount \n– be sure to check the calendar to know when we are meeting.  \nIf you are registering by session\, you must renew your registration monthly by emailig Vandy at CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com or speaking to her directly  on or before the 2nd day of the current session. \nCost is $72/4week session\, materials fee may be required depending on projects chosen by the group. \nCost for Semester  1 = $272.00 \nCost for Semester 2 = $306.00 (2 more days than Semester 1) \nEpping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) \nYou will find the registration form at the link below.  Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student we will email you a “Walkers’ Release”  before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. \n*Please note:  We generally follow the SAU 14 school calendar. \nRegistration Deadline: ADVANCED REGISTRATION FOR FALL IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. This group filled the entire year last year.   Please invite your child/youth’s friend to join Art Club. \nCancelation Policy:  Advanced registration for semester 2 can be refunded in full by January 8th for the 2nd Art Club session of the year.  Credit is given for a future activity or art club if cancelation is on or after Jan. 8th. \nNo refunds after the 4-week session has begun.   \nIf a refund is requested for a half-year registration the refund will be pro-rated as if you had registered session to session up until the refund date. \nRegistration deadlines for each session follow the above protocol.  The deadline is 2 weeks before a session begins.  Always feel free to email us and ask if there is space if the deadline has passed. \nMeeting space:  Art Club will meet in the indoor Gathering Space until remodeling can be completed on the Art Barn. \nDuring classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are optional. \nFALL 2024 MEETING DATES *these will shift if there are snow days or other cancelations. \nSemester 1 = Sessions 1-4 \n  \nSession 1 \nSeptember: 11\, 18\, 25\, October 2  (Pay Sept. 25 for Session 2) \nSession 2 \n\nOctober: 9\, 16\, 23\, 30  (Pay Oct. 23 for Session 3)                                                  \n\nSession 3 \n\nNovember: 6\,13\, 20\, (27 H) December 4  (Pay November 13 for Session 4)\n\nSession 4 \n\nDecember: 11\, 18\, (25 H) January (1H) 8\, 15\,   (Pay January 8 for Session 5)\n\nSemester 2 = Sessions 5-9 If there are events causing Art Club to be canceled (snow days/students not at school\, teacher illness\, half-day cancellations etc) There will be one makeup day offered on a Saturday/semester.  \nCost for Semester 2 = $306.00 (2 more days than Semester 1) \nor \nCost is $72/4week session \n(materials fee may be required depending on projects chosen by the group.) \nSession 5 \n\nJanuary: 22\, 29\, February 5\, 12  (Pay February 5 for Session 6)\n\nSession 6  \n\nFebruary 19\, (26 H) March 5\, 12\, 19  (Pay March 12 for Session 7)\n\nSession 7  \n\nMarch 26\, April 2\, 9\, 16 (Pay April 9 for Session 8)\n\nSession 8  \n\nApril 23\, (30 H) May 7\, (14 H)\, 21\, 28 (Pay May 21 for Session 9 = 2 days)\n\nSession 9 \n\nJune 4 & 11th Last Day Party!\n\n*Please note – space allowing Kindergarten students may join 1st & 2nd grade Art Club in February.
