DESCRIPTION:Open Art Glaze Night\n$13.00 \n\n\n\nDid you make ceramics at a Creative Community Space class or event?  Come on this evening to paint on your glaze so we can fire it again and make it a functional ceramic piece for you.  Your glaze and firing are included in your drop-in fee of $13.00 for a piece originally 1 pound. *additional $3.00/pound after the first one. \nThis is an All Ages event. Drop in no registration needed. \n*Open Art is Free to Members of Creative Community Space\, they only pay the $3.00 materials fee on clay and glaze nights- see our website for membership details. \nSeating is limited due to the pandemic and social distancing needs. First come/first serve for spaces.  Cash is preferred but cards are accepted.  After May 1st\, weather permitting\, we will meet in our 3 season barn with the door open for fresh air.  It is screened. \nCovid related information: \nDuring classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are highly recommended. Vaccination for Covid is highly recommended. \nBefore attending a class or gathering you should be able to answer “No” to these questions. \nHave you tested positive for  COVID-19 in the past 10 days?  Are you currently awaiting results from a COVID-19 test? SUMMARY:Open Art CLAY Night!
DESCRIPTION:Drop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. These sessions are available once a month.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee includes 1 pound of clay – additional clay can be purchased for $7.00/ pound.  The fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Day. Your fee on this day will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece.  Seating is limited due to the pandemic and social distancing needs.
