SUMMARY:Open Art CLAY Night!
DESCRIPTION:Drop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. These sessions are available once a month.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee includes 1 pound of clay – additional clay can be purchased for $7.00/ pound.  The fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Day. Your fee on this day will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece.  Seating is limited due to the pandemic and social distancing needs. DESCRIPTION:We have postponed this meeting due to the weather.  The make-up day will be March 29th from 10 – 11:30. \nThe Art Explorers Club is supportive of the artistic interests of individuals with developmental disabilities.  Art Explorers Club members are presented with a project which they can make or they can experiment with the materials.  We meet twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays.
