DESCRIPTION:Drop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. These sessions are available twice a month for a $12.50 fee each night.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee is your studio fee\, clay can be purchased for $3.50/ pound.  The clay fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Day. You pay a studio fee of $12.50. Your glaze fee is $3.50/pound of clay used. On this day your glaze fee will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece. DESCRIPTION:The Art Explorers Club is supportive of the artistic interests of individuals with developmental disabilities.  Art Explorers Club members are presented with a project which they can make or they can experiment with the materials.  This group is open to teens and adults with their support person(s). \nWe meet twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays.
