DESCRIPTION:This Session is Full\nCome meet other art enthusiasts!   We will experiment with new skills and materials and make projects that express who we sare! \nArt Club for grades 3 -5 or age equivalent\, will meet Mondays from 3:15 – 5:00.  Registration is for 4 weeks of classes which is a “session.”  NEW * NEW * NEW  You may also sign up for a “half-year” and receive a discount. \nIf you are registering for one session at a time you must renew your registration monthly by emailing Vandy at CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com or speaking to her directly on or before the third day of the current session so your child’s spot isn’t filled by someone else. \nEpping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) \nYou will find the registration form at the link below.  Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student we will email you a “Walkers’ Release”  before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. \n*Please note   We generally follow the SAU 14 school calendar for days off/snow days. \nRegistration Deadline: ADVANCED REGISTRATION FOR SEMESER TWO IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.   Please invite your child/youth’s friend to join Art Club. \nCancelation Policy:  Advanced registration can be refunded in full by January 21 for the 2nd Art Club semester.  Credit is given for a future activity or art club if cancelation is on or after Jan 21\, 2025.  \nNo refunds after the 4-week session has begun.   \nIf a refund is requested for a half-year registration the refund will be pro-rated as if you had registered session to session up until the refund date. \nRegistration deadlines for each session follow the above protocol.  The deadline is 2 weeks before a session begins.  Always feel free to email us and ask if there is space if the deadline has passed. \nMeeting space:  We will be meeting in the indoor Gathering Space. Until further construction is completed on the Art Barn. \nDuring classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are optional. \nFALL 2024 MEETING DATES   *these will shift if there are snow days or other cancelations.  “H” means holiday\, we do not meet on these days.  \nFIRST HALF OF YEAR – sessions 1 – 4 \nSession 1 \n\nSeptember: 9\, 16\, 23\, 30    (Pay Sept. 23 for Session 2)\n\nSsession 2 \n\nOctober 7\, (14 H)\, 21\, 28\,  November 4   (Pay October 28 for Session 3)\n\nSession 3 \n\nNovember (11 H)\, 18\, 25\, December 2\, 9   (Pay December 2 for Session 4)\n\nSession 4 \n\nDecember 16\, (23\, 30 H)  January 6\, 13\, 27    (Pay January 13 for Session 5)\n\n\nSECOND HALF OF YEAR – sessions 5 – 8 – Semester 2 = If there are events causing Art Club to be canceled (snow days/students not at school\, teacher illness\, half-day cancellations etc) There will be one make-up day offered on a Saturday/semester.  \nSession = $108 \nSemester = $382.50 \nSession 5 \n\nFebruary 3\, 10\, 17\, (2/24 H)\, March 3   (Pay February 17 for Session 6)\n\nSession 6  \n\nMarch 10\, 17\, 24\, 31   (Pay March 24 for Session 7)\n\nSession 7  \n\nApril 7\,  (4/14 H)\, 21\, May 5\, 12  (Pay May 5 for Session 8 = 3 meetings)\n\nSession 8  \n\nMay 19\, (5/26 H)\, June 2\, 9 End of year party!!!
