DESCRIPTION:Did you make ceramics at a Creative Community Space class or event?  Come on this evening to paint on your glaze so we can fire it again and make it a functional ceramic piece for you.  Your glaze and firing are included in your drop-in fee of $15.00 for a piece originally 1 pound. *additional $3.00/pound after the first pound. \nThis is an All Ages event. Drop in no registration needed. \n*Open Art is Free to Members of Creative Community Space\, they only pay the $3.00 materials fee on clay and glaze nights- see our website for membership details. \nFirst come/first serve for spaces.  Cash is preferred but cards are accepted. \nAs winter illnesses develop Masks are optional\, this is a no-judgment zone! \n*Our Open Art studio fee increased to $12.00 as of October 1st.

SUMMARY:Open Art - Clay
DESCRIPTION:Drop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. These sessions are available once a month.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee includes 1 pound of clay – additional clay can be purchased for $3.00/ pound.  The fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Day. Your fee on this day will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece.
