SUMMARY:1st\, 2nd & 3rd Art Club!!! NEW!
DESCRIPTION:New!!! We have added 3rd grade to this group for children who need a Wednesday group. This group meets from 3:15 – 4:15. \nCome have fun\, try new things and make fun projects!   We will experiment with new skills and materials\, hear some stories and use our imaginations! \nArt Club for grades 1\, 2 & 3 or age equivalent. (Kindergarten students can join on Thursdays in January – see bottom of the page) We will meet Wednesdays from 3:15 – 4:15.  Epping Elemenary students will be picked up and walked down from school by CCS Staff. Non-walker information below.   \nParents are asked to come into the Art Center to pick up their child at 4:15 \nStudents who attend Epping Rec can be walked to Rec after Art Club for a $2.00/ week fee. Please email Vandy CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com \nRegister for a 4 week “Session” or a full “Semester” and receive a semester discount.                                \nIf you are registering by session\, you must renew your registration monthly by emailig Vandy at CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com or speaking to her directly  on or before the 2nd day of the current session. \nCost is $78/4week session\, materials fee may be required depending on projects chosen by the group. \nCost for Semester  1 = $259.00 \nEpping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) \nYou will find the registration form at the link below.  Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student we will email you a “Walkers’ Release”  before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. \n*Please note:  We follow the SAU 14 school calendar. \nRegistration Deadline: ADVANCED REGISTRATION FOR FALL IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.  Please invite your child/youth’s friend to join Art Club. \nCancelation Policy:  Advanced registration can be refunded in full by August 28th for the 1st Art Club session of the year.  Credit is given for a future activity or art club if cancelation is on or after Aug. 28th. \nNo refunds after the 4-week session has begun.   \nIf a refund is requested for a half-year registration the refund will be pro-rated as if you had registered session to session up until the refund date. \nRegistration deadlines for each session follow the above protocol.  The deadline is 2 weeks before a session begins.  Always feel free to email us and ask if there is space if the deadline has passed. \nThere will be 1 make-up day offered/semester for Art Club days that may have been missed due to snow/school cancellation or teacher illness. \nMeeting space:  Art Club will meet in the indoor Gathering Space. \nDuring classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are optional. \nFALL 2025 MEETING DATES  \nSemester 1 = Sessions 1-4 \nSession 1  Sept. 10\, 17\, 24 October 1   (Pay Sept. 24 for Session 2) \nSession 2  Oct. 8\,15\, 22\, 29 (Pay October 22 for Session 3) \nSession 3  Nov. 5\, 12\, 19 December 3  (Pay November 19 for Session 4 = $39.00 for 2 days) \nSession 4  Dec. 10 & 17  Party!  (Pay December 17 for Session 5) \n*Kindergarteners can join Thursday’s K\, 1 & 2 Art Club in January!!!
