DESCRIPTION:Come have fun exploring new art materials and techniques! Meet other young artists and find your favorite mediums.  We will paint\, sculpt\, draw\, make 3 dimensional art\, prints\, and mixed media pieces. Come see what you can do! \nArt Club for grades 3 -5 or age equivalent\, will meet Mondays from 3:15 – 5:00.  Registration is for 4 weeks of classes which is a “session.” \nYou may also sign up for a “semester\,”/ half year\, and receive a discount. \nIf you are registering for one session at a time you must renew your registration monthly by emailing Vandy at CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com or speaking to her directly on or before the third day of the current session so your child’s spot isn’t filled by someone else. \nEpping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) \nYou will find the registration form at the link below.  Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student we will email you a “Walkers’ Release”  before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. \n*Please note   We follow the Epping SAU 14 school calendar for days off/snow days. \nThere will be 1 make-up day offered/semester for Art Club days that may have been missed due to snow/school cancellation or teacher illness. \nAll dates that we meet are listed here. When there is no school there is no Art Club. \nRegistration Deadline: ADVANCED REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.   Please invite your child/youth’s friends to join Art Club. \nCancelation Policy:  Advanced registration can be refunded (not including PayPal fees) by August 25th for the 1st Art Club session of the year.  Credit is given for a future activity or art club if cancelation is on or after Aug. 25th. \nNo refunds after the 4-week session has begun.   \nIf a refund is requested for a half-year registration the refund will be pro-rated as if you had registered session to session up until the refund date. \nRegistration deadlines for each session follow the above protocol.  The deadline is 2 weeks before a session begins.  Always feel free to email us and ask if there is space if the deadline has passed. \nMeeting space:  We will be meeting in the indoor Gathering Space. \nDuring classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are optional. \nSemester 2 – SECOND HALF OF YEAR – sessions 4 – 7 \n1 Session = $117 \nSemester discount = $476 (4 more weeks + 1 day more than Semester 1) \nSession 4 \n\nJanuary 5\, 12\, 26\, February 2    (Pay January 25 for Session 5)\n\nSession 5 \n\nFebruary 9\, 16\, March 2\, 9   (Pay March 2 for Session 6)\n\nSession 6  \n\nMarch 16\, 23\, 30\, April 6   (Pay March 30 for Session 7)\n\nSession 7  \n\nApril 20\, May 4\, 11\, June 1  (Pay May 11 for last day PARTY! = $29.25)\n\nSession 8  \n\nJune 8 End of year party!!!
