SUMMARY:1st\, 2nd  & 3rd Grade Art Club Sem. 2
DESCRIPTION:Semester 2 \nCome have fun\, try new things and make fun projects!   We will experiment with new skills and materials\, hear some stories and use our imaginations! \nArt Club for grades 1\, 2 & 3 or age equivalent. (Kindergarten students can join Thursdays starting in January – see bottom of the page) We will meet Wednesdays from 3:15 – 4:15.  Epping Elemenary students will be picked up and walked down from school by CCS Staff. Non-walker information below.    \nRegister for a 4 week “Session” or a full “Semester” and receive a semester discount.                              \nIf you are registering by session\, you must renew your registration monthly by emailig Vandy at CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com or speaking to her directly  on or before the 2nd day of the current session. \nEpping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) \nYou will find the registration form at the link below.  Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student we will email you a “Walkers’ Release”  before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. \n*Please note:  We follow the SAU 14 school calendar. \nRegistration Deadline: ADVANCED REGISTRATION FOR FALL IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.  Please invite your child/youth’s friend to join Art Club. \nCancellation Policy:  Advanced registration can be refunded in full by December 22nd for the Art Club session of the new year.  Credit is given for a future activity or art club if cancellation is on or after December 22nd. \nNo refunds after the 4-week session has begun.   \nIf a refund is requested for a half-year registration the refund will be pro-rated as if you had registered session to session up until the refund date. \nRegistration deadlines for each session follow the above protocol.  The deadline is 2 weeks before a session begins.  Always feel free to email us and ask if there is space if the deadline has passed. \nThere will be 1 make-up day offered/semester for Art Club days that may have been missed due to snow/school cancellation or teacher illness. \nMeeting space:  Art Club will meet in the indoor Gathering Space. \nDuring classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are optional. \n  \nSemester 2  Session = $78.00   Semester = $388.00 (One more Session and 1 day more than Semester 2) \nSession 5  Jan. 7\, 14\, 21\, 28  (Pay 21 for Session 6) \nSession 6  Feb. 4\, 11\, 18\, March 4 (Pay Feb. 18 for Session 7) \nSession 7  March 11\, 18\, 25\, April 1 (Pay March 25 for Session 8) \nSession 8  April 8\, 15\, 22\, May 6  (Pay April 22 for Session 9) \nSession 9  May 13\, 20\, 27\, June 3 (Pay May 27 for Session 10) \nSession 10  June 10 Last Day Party!  (One day $19.50) \n  \n \n
