DESCRIPTION:Drop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. These sessions are available twice a month for a $12.50 studio  fee each night.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee is your studio fee\, clay can be purchased for $3.50/ pound.  The clay fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Night. DESCRIPTION:Come to All Day Art & Play to experience a full week of Creativity! \nWe will learn a different art medium and technique each morning and then explore individually what we can do with it. Mediums we may play with include\, drawing\, clay\, printmaking\, and sculpture to name just a few.  After lunch we will have “Play time” includes games\, board and physical\, book time – learning about artists and ways to make art\, and creating in our sketchbooks.  We will go to the playground and make outdoor art when the weather permits.  The arts can also include movement and rhythm\, writing\, and storytelling.  All of these are fair game at All Day Art & Play! \nThe minimum number of campers is 5. \nThe maximum number of campers is 10. \nRegistration deadline is July 28th. \nRefund policy: Full payment refund before July 28th.  Credit for another camp or program if canceling on or after July 28th. \nNo refunds after camp has begun. \n*This camp is for children who will be in 4th – 6th grade in the Fall of 2025 \n

SUMMARY:This is Puppetry Camp!
DESCRIPTION:This Is Puppetry  \nEver wonder how those puppets you see on television and in movies are made? In this class I teach you the secrets to building your very own foam patterned hand and rod puppet and all the materials\, elements\, and skills that go into making them look so real and lifelike.  We will also learn fundamentals to creating a character through the use of color\, texture\, different materials\, and movement\, as well as how to manipulate your puppet to bring your character to life.  These puppets are sewn and covered in fleece using the “Henson” or “Ladder” stitch.  No previous puppetry skills needed\, (basic hand sewing skills are helpful)  just your imagination and creativity are required. \n*Eric Weiss\, of HomeSlice Pupperty\, is a CCS guest artist\,  is a talented puppet maker that shares his skills with Creative Community Space young artists a couple of times a year. DESCRIPTION:Lana’s Tie Dye Workshop Grades 3 and up!\n*Students registered for Draw & Paint will be supervised\, at no charge\, between this camp and the Tie Dye Workshop. \n   \nJuly 7th @ 1:00pm – 3:00pm \n  \n$50.00 per student-This includes material cost of professional grade materials\, and one on one instructions! \n  \nFees include 2 T-shirts (sizes to be chosen on registration form) and one bandana to dye up. \n  \n-This is a workshop for children/ youth grades 3 and up or age equivalent \n  \n-THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT – rain date is the next day\,  July 8th\, 1pm-3pm \, please keep both dates open \n  \n-In the unlikely event that both dates get rained out\, the class will be rescheduled to a date TBD \n  \nCome spend an afternoon creating your own tie dye!  Each person will be given two shirts and one bandanna to dye up in any colors and patterns they would like! Lana will provide instruction on specific designs and patterns\, or you are welcome to freestyle and create whatever comes to you. SUMMARY:Open Art - Clay Night!!!
DESCRIPTION:Drop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. These sessions are available twice a month for a $12.50 studio  fee each night.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee is your studio fee\, clay can be purchased for $3.50/ pound.  The clay fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Night. You pay a studio fee of $12.50. Your glaze fee is $3.50/pound of clay used. On this day your glaze fee will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece. This is drop-in first\, come/first serve for spaces.  Cash is preferred but cards are accepted. \n*********WE NOW HAVE CLAY NIGHT 2 WEEKS IN A ROW SO YOU HAVE MORE TIME TO WORK ON A PROJECT!!! \nThis is an All Ages Event \n*Open Art is Free to Members of Creative Community Space\, they only pay the $3.50 materials fee/pound on clay and glaze nights- see our website for membership details. \n Masks are optional\, this is a no-judgment zone!

SUMMARY:Middle School Art Club!!!
DESCRIPTION:Come create your way!  Middle School Art Club is a social art group that is full of choice!  Students are shown tools and techniques and given some examples of the ways they are used and can then explore their own creativity.  The group is also shown examples of how art is powerful!  This feeds their creative self-esteem as they create for self-expression. \nPlease reach out if you have questions about this group!  CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com \nStudents walk down from the Epping Middle School on their own- to arrive at the Art Center around 2:30.  (Vandy will walk them down the first time – and again if requested) \nStudents from districts other than Epping should be dropped off by 2:40. \nThis is a new group. We will adjust things as needed to meet the members’ needs. \nIf your student would like to join in the middle of a session (session = 4 meetings) please reach out by email to see if this is possible. \nYou may pay by the session or for the full semester and receive a discount. \nBy the Session = $108  (Session 9 = $27)    By the Semester = $433.50 (includes Session 9) \nTuesdays 2:30 – 4:00 \nSession 5  \nJanuary 28\, Feb. 4\, 11\, (pay on 11th for Session 6) 18 \nSession 6 \nMarch 4\, (11 no school)\, 18\, 25\, April 1st.
