SUMMARY:Open Art - Clay Night!!!
DESCRIPTION:Drop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. These sessions are available twice a month for a $12.50 studio  fee each night.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee is your studio fee\, clay can be purchased for $3.50/ pound.  The clay fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Night. You pay a studio fee of $12.50. Your glaze fee is $3.50/pound of clay used. On this day your glaze fee will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece. SUMMARY:Deluxe Sock Puppets!!!
DESCRIPTION:Deluxe Sock Puppets: \n                                 \nDeluxe Sock Puppets: (Age 8 and up) \nThis is an advanced sock puppet class.  This class begins with an introduction to puppetry and creating a puppet character\, as well as all of the elements needed to do so.  Then students will learn to build a mouth plate and by using this plate as well as some foam for a “skull”\, they will give their sock puppets a wonderful shape and much greater range of motion and movement than an average sock puppet.  Students will then proceed to create their characters and build their puppets. \nThis is a wildly popular class and space is limited so register early! \nStudents from Epping Elementary School will be picked up after school and walked down to the Art Center. \nStudents driving from other areas need to arrive by 3:30 for this special workshop. \nWe need at least 6 students to run this class – please tell your children’s friends! \nRegistration deadline  EXTENDED April 1st! DESCRIPTION:Drop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. These sessions are available twice a month for a $12.50 studio  fee each night.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee is your studio fee\, clay can be purchased for $3.50/ pound.  The clay fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Night. You pay a studio fee of $12.50. Your glaze fee is $3.50/pound of clay used. On this day your glaze fee will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece. DESCRIPTION:We need 5 students to start this Art Club. \nCome meet other art enthusiasts!   We will experiment with new skills and materials and make projects that express who we are! \nArt Club for grades K\, 1 & 2 or age equivalent. We will meet Thursdays from 3:15 – 4:15. Registration is for 4 classes – be sure to check the calendar to know when we are meeting.  \nYou must renew your registration monthly by emailing Vandy at CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com or speaking to her directly  on or before the 3rd day of the current session. \nNEW * NEW * NEW \nRegistration is for 4 classes = a session   \nCost is $72/4week session                                      \nOR \nRegister for the semester and receive a discount \nThe Semester is $340/ 5 sessions \nEpping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities.
