DESCRIPTION:New!!! We have added 3rd grade to this group for children who need a Wednesday group. This group meets from 3:15 – 4:15. \nCome have fun\, try new things and make fun projects!   We will experiment with new skills and materials\, hear some stories and use our imaginations! \nArt Club for grades 1\, 2 & 3 or age equivalent. (Kindergarten students can join on Thursdays in January – see bottom of the page) We will meet Wednesdays from 3:15 – 4:15.  Epping Elemenary students will be picked up and walked down from school by CCS Staff. Non-walker information below.   \nParents are asked to come into the Art Center to pick up their child at 4:15 \nStudents who attend Epping Rec can be walked to Rec after Art Club for a $2.00/ week fee. DESCRIPTION:Art Sampler for Home School Students!!! \nThis Art Sampler class will begin with Printmaking! We will make our own printing blocks with a variety of materials. We will also print with found objects and objects in nature. \nNext\, we will experiment with both watercolor and acrylic painting.  These are both water-based but can behave very differently! \nFinally\, we will finish up with collage!  Collage isn’t just cutting up magazines; it is about seeing the possibilities through the combination of existing images as well as making your own. College is a visual way to tell a story. \nWe will focus on learning goals and FUN! \nLearning Goals: Understanding tools\, materials\, and techniques\, and how to use them\, for creating Prints\, Watercolor\, and Acrylic Paintings\, and Collaged pieces\, with related vocabulary. \nArt Principles: Balance\, Proportion\, Emphasis\, Unity/Variety\, Harmony\nArt Elements: Shape\, Texture\, Color.\nThis is a 6-week Class Session for 1 hour each day from 2:00 – 3:00 on Thursdays. \nThe instruction cost is: $114.00 + $16.00 for materials. DESCRIPTION:             \nAre you ready to dive into the colorful world of acrylic painting? In this fun and hands-on two hour workshop (we may go till 8:30)\, you’ll paint along with Natalie as she shows you how to paint a themed painting using acrylic paints. Natalie custom designs the paintings based on attendee feedback and her own reference photos. You’ll have time to chat and relax while you paint and we’ll be offering local made Squamscott Soda and snacks. \nDesign for this session is underway and the demo painting will be posted here soon! The theme might be Northern Lights or a Fall Foliage scene! \nAll supplies are provided – just bring your curiosity and be sure to wear something you won’t mind getting a little paint on – just in case!\nPainting experience is not necessary. Beginners are welcome as are experienced painters. Returning painters get a discount! \nYou’ll learn from Natalie Rotman Cote\, a NH artist with 25+ years of experience creating art in many different mediums. DESCRIPTION:Drop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. These sessions are available twice a month for a $14.00 studio  fee each night.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee is your studio fee\, clay can be purchased for $5.00/ pound.  The clay fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Night. You pay a studio fee of $14.00. Your glaze fee is $5.00/pound of clay used. On this day your glaze fee will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece. Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your  studio fee is $14.00\, 1 pound of clay is $5.00 – additional clay can be purchased for $5.00/ pound.  The clay fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Night. Your studio fee is $14.00 on this day. Your glaze fee will be $5.00 for each pound of clay used. This club is from 315 – 4:15. \nIf you would like to join the Wednesday group waiting list\, please email: CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com \nCome have fun exploring new art materials and techniques! Meet other young artists and find your favorite mediums.  We will paint\, sculpt\, draw\, make 3 dimensional art\, prints\, and mixed media pieces. Come see what you can do! \nArt Club for grades 3 -5 or age equivalent\, will meet Mondays from 3:15 – 5:00.  Registration is for 4 weeks of classes which is a “session.” \nYou may also sign up for a “semester\,”/ half year\, and receive a discount. \nIf you are registering for one session at a time you must renew your registration monthly by emailing Vandy at CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com or speaking to her directly on or before the third day of the current session so your child’s spot isn’t filled by someone else. \nEpping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) \nYou will find the registration form at the link below.  Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student we will email you a “Walkers’ Release”  before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. \n*Please note   We follow the Epping SAU 14 school calendar for days off/snow days. \nThere will be 1 make-up day offered/semester for Art Club days that may have been missed due to snow/school cancellation or teacher illness. \nAll dates that we meet are listed here. SUMMARY:Santa's Clay Workshop!!!
DESCRIPTION:The holidays are quickly approaching and if you would like to make ceramic gifts you need to do it during the month of November to assure that they are ready for the gift-giving season. We will be offering clay night during each Open Art of November.  Don’t wait till the last minute.  Ceramic ornaments are just one option they make great gifts and are easy to make.  Make this a hand-made holiday! \nDrop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your  studio fee is $14.00\, 1 pound of clay is $5.00 – additional clay can be purchased for $5.00/ pound.  The clay fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Night. Your studio fee is $14.00 on this day. Your glaze fee will be $5.00 for each pound of clay used. Your piecewill be glaze fired in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece.  Seating is limited so don’t wait till the last minute.  First come/first serve for spaces.  Cash is preferred but cards are accepted.   You can come and glaze your clay items on 11/25 and 12/09 & 12/16 \n\n		\n		\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n		\n\nduring Santa’s Workshop Clay Night. \nThis is an All Ages Event \nAs winter illnesses develop Masks are optional\, this is a no-judgment zone!

DESCRIPTION:New!!! We have added 3rd grade to this group for children who need a Wednesday group. This group meets from 3:15 – 4:15. \nCome have fun\, try new things and make fun projects!   We will experiment with new skills and materials\, hear some stories and use our imaginations! \nArt Club for grades 1\, 2 & 3 or age equivalent. (Kindergarten students can join on Thursdays in January – see bottom of the page) We will meet Wednesdays from 3:15 – 4:15.  Epping Elemenary students will be picked up and walked down from school by CCS Staff.
