Clay Day! - Cancelled Grades 1, 2 & 3 in the fall or age equivalent. Clay Day is a one-day, 1 hour, clay exploration opportunity for our young artists. Pinch Pot Day! Come squeeze and pinch to your heart's delight! Pinch pots will be fired and students can return for glaze day or come to Open Art to glaze their piece. Clay and pottery is one of the oldest known art forms.  Come learn the basics of pinch, coil, slab and scoop. We will also explore folk tales and how to tell our own stories. Students will also learn about Japanese storytelling – Kamishibai. This camp will include storytelling, story writing, illustration and storytelling. Come have fun learning to tell tales!
