DESCRIPTION:This is a class for students aged 10 – 14. \nCome learn the basics of acrylic painting from subject choice through completion.  This is an introduction class\, no need to worry if you don’t have art experience.  We will be working on 9×12 landscapes. \nThis class is 4 weeks and runs Tuesdays February 21st – March 21st. These sessions are available once a month.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee includes 1 pound of clay – additional clay can be purchased for $7.00/ pound.  The fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Day. SUMMARY:1st & 2nd Grade Art Club!!!
DESCRIPTION:1st & 2nd Grade Art Club!!!\n\nMarch 20 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm\n$45.00\n\n\nThis is one of two day choices for 1st and 2nd grade Art Club.  “Thursday 1 & 2 Art Club” also happens weekly.  Students may join both groups\, as long as there is room\, but must fill out an application and register for the additional day of the week. \nCome meet other art enthusiasts!   We will experiment with new skills and materials and make projects that express who we are! \nArt Club for grades 1 & 2 or age equivalent\, will meet Mondays from 3:15 – 4:15. Registration is for 3 classes please be sure to check the calendar to know when we are meeting.  You must renew your registration monthly by emailing Vandy at CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com or speaking to her directly before the last day of the current session.  Cost is $45 for this 3-week session\,  March 20th\, 27th  & April 10th. SUMMARY:Open Art CLAY Night!
DESCRIPTION:Drop-in and create.  This is an Open Art session with clay. These sessions are available once a month.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee includes 1 pound of clay – additional clay can be purchased for $7.00/ pound.  The fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Day. Your fee on this day will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece.  Seating is limited due to the pandemic and social distancing needs.
