1st & 2nd Grade Art Club!!!

$72.00 - Cost for Whole Semester: $306.00Come and meet other art enthusiasts! We will experiment with new skills and materials and make projects that express who we are with lots of fun in the mix!
Art Club for grades 1 & 2 or age equivalent. (Kindergarten students can join in January – see bottom of the page) We will meet Wednesdays from 3:15 – 4:15. Epping Elemenary students will be picked up and walked down from school by CCS Staff. Non-walker information below.

If you are registering by session, you must renew your registration monthly by emailig Vandy at CreativeCommunitySpace@gmail.com or speaking to her directly on or before the 2nd day of the current session.
Cost is $72/4week session, materials fee may be required depending on projects chosen by the group.
Cost for Semester 1 = $272.00
Cost for Semester 2 = $306.00 (2 more days than Semester 1)
Epping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader. Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come)
You will find the registration form at the link below. Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student we will email you a “Walkers’ Release” before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school.
*Please note: We generally follow the SAU 14 school calendar.
Registration Deadline: ADVANCED REGISTRATION FOR FALL IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. This group filled the entire year last year. Please invite your child/youth’s friend to join Art Club.
Cancelation Policy: Advanced registration for semester 2 can be refunded in full by January 8th for the 2nd Art Club session of the year. Credit is given for a future activity or art club if cancelation is on or after Jan. 8th.
No refunds after the 4-week session has begun.
If a refund is requested for a half-year registration the refund will be pro-rated as if you had registered session to session up until the refund date.
Registration deadlines for each session follow the above protocol. The deadline is 2 weeks before a session begins. Always feel free to email us and ask if there is space if the deadline has passed.
Meeting space: Art Club will meet in the indoor Gathering Space until remodeling can be completed on the Art Barn.
During classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are optional.

Semester 1 = Sessions 1-4
Session 1
September: 11, 18, 25, October 2 (Pay Sept. 25 for Session 2)
Session 2
- October: 9, 16, 23, 30 (Pay Oct. 23 for Session 3)

Session 3
- November: 6,13, 20, (27 H) December 4 (Pay November 13 for Session 4)
Session 4
- December: 11, 18, (25 H) January (1H) 8, 15, (Pay January 8 for Session 5)
Semester 2 = Sessions 5-9 If there are events causing Art Club to be canceled (snow days/students not at school, teacher illness, half-day cancellations etc) There will be one makeup day offered on a Saturday/semester.
Cost for Semester 2 = $306.00 (2 more days than Semester 1)

- April 23, (30 H) May 7, (14 H), 21, 28 (Pay May 21 for Session 9 = 2 days)
Session 9
- June 4 & 11th Last Day Party!
*Please note – space allowing Kindergarten students may join 1st & 2nd grade Art Club in February. Parents should determine that they can follow instructions, work somewhat independently and use scissors.
