There are three studios available for rent at Creative Community Space.
Two studios are turret rooms with amazing 360 light availability. They include heat, electric, parking and a free membership to the arts center. The room of the studio is ~13×13. The turret is 7’4” in diameter. These studios are big enough to share. Maximum of 2 people on the annual lease.
The third studio faces an area of trees. This studio is ~ 10’5” x 13’. Includes heat, electric, parking and a free membership to the arts center. One person on annual lease.
Bring your own desk or work bench and storage. Studio tenants have 24/7 access to their studio, quite times are from 10PM to 6:30AM.
