$65.00Have you ever seen pretty ceramic trays with a floral or basket pattern? Have you ever seen a beautiful bowl with textured patterns all around the outside or inside? You can make these by hand, you don’t need a wheel! Come make a gift-worthy ceramic piece. Wendy will show you how to pattern, slump or hump mold clay to create shapes and patterned pieces. The holidays are coming and you can use your newfound skill at one of our Open Art Clay nights to create on your own with our tools.

Class Fee: $65.00 for 3 hours, includes materials and tool use
Included in your Class Fee:
3 lbs of clay and tool use
1st firing to make your clay into bisque
Return: Check the CCS calendar and come on back for a “Glaze Day” to paint your piece with glaze.
You pay the Glaze Day fee. We fire your piece again to make it a functional ceramic piece.
or Pick up your piece and paint it at home with acrylic paints as a decorative piece.
Registration Deadline: September 28th.
Cancelation through September 28th for a full refund.
Cancelation on September 29th or after get a credit for a future class or workshop.

Covid related information: We will be meeting in the Art Barn with the door open for fresh air flow.
During classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are highly recommended. Vaccination for Covid is highly recommended.
