Sketching with White Ages 11+ Teen and Adult

This is chalk and charcoal style sketching with less mess and more success. This is for all drawing abilities. You will leave with abilities much better than just a stick figure.

We’ll learn how to sketch quickly using gesture sketching techniques and visualizing sunlight on surfaces. Sketching is very forgiving and a nice way to relax and record ideas. Feel less stressed about perfection, we’ll learn how to draw with an eraser and how to make mistakes that aren’t the end of the world.

The more you practice the better you become in any medium. Learning how to sketch quickly allows you to get in a lot more practice in very little time.

Basic Materials : of black paper and white chalk and erasers will be provided.

Students may bring pastels or colored chalks if you prefer to work in color. But know that working with just black and white makes the sketching easier and less stressful.
