Have you always wanted to work with clay? Hand-building (no wheel) is a great way to get started.  With the Magic 3 you can build just about anything!  Come learn how to make a basic, pinched form, coiled form, and slab form.  This is a 3 hour workshop for Adults and High School age students.  No experience necessary, just good humor and the willingness to get your hands dirty!  See registration form, materials fee, and cost in “Details” below. Class Fee: $40.00 for 3 hours

Included in your Material Fee: 2 pounds of clay (additional clay can be purchased for $7.00/pound)

1st firing to make your clay into bisque

Total cost for class: $54.00

Return:   Check the CCS calendar and come on back for a “Glaze Day” to paint your piece with glaze.

You pay the Glaze Day fee.  We fire your piece again to make it a functional ceramic piece.

or Pick up your piece and paint it at home with acrylic paints as a decorative piece.

During classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are highly recommended. Vaccination for Covid is highly recommended.
