Whistle Workshop

In this 2 hour workshop, you will create a basic whistle (extra time will be given if needed)
You will be learning the following skills; pinching, coiling, scoring and construction of a hollow sphere and flue extension. You will use these techniques to create a whistle/form that can be any creature you desire. Bringing a picture for inspiration is encouraged but keep your idea basic. Tools, 2 pounds of clay and other materials will be supplied.  Age – High School and up. The cost will be  $48.00 which includes your clay and 1st firing.
Your item can be glazed at a Tuesday, Open Art Night (See the website calendar) for glazing your 2 pound project will be $14.00.

During classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are highly recommended. Vaccination for Covid is highly recommended.
